1:00 - 3:00 Anatomy and Physiology of the Childbearing Year: Rationale for Prenatal, Postpartum and Post-Cesarean Exercises.
Evaluation, modification and progression of exercises. The high-risk prenatal patient, pre-existing conditions.

3:15 - 5:00 Supervision of trainees teaching exercises.
DAY 2
9:00 - 10:45 Post-test.. Discussion of tests. Supervision of trainees teaching Prenatal Exercise Program.
