This is an ideal seminar for men who work with women.

Comprehensive handouts will be provided. Please wear appropriate clothing for exercise.

This is a Gynecology program: topics include osteoporosis, breast cancer, cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, incontinence, pelvic pain/dysfunctions, hysterectomy, menopause, aging, nutrition, wellness, convential and alternative therapies, Pelvic Power Program, setting up and marketing WH programs.

Experiential sessions involve partner exercises and assessments, exercise, relaxation and marketing.
